Administrators can now create folders directly from the File Explorer, making repository management more efficient. In addition, List Fields now support default values, helping organizations improve data consistency and reduce manual effort when creating and maintaining content.
Database Audit Log functionality has also been enhanced with customizable export filtering, allowing administrators to generate smaller, more focused exports for reporting and compliance purposes. Improvements to audit log consistency further strengthen traceability across the platform.
Enhanced User Experience
Navigating large process landscapes is now easier with the addition of pan and zoom capabilities in LMS chart views.
These improvements provide users with greater flexibility when exploring complex process models and help improve the overall viewing experience.
Improved BPMN and Navigation Support
For Visual Modeling and Visio users, several enhancements improve BPMN management and process navigation.
New BPMN message topics are now correctly stored within dedicated Messages folders, ensuring better model organization. In addition, navigation from subprocesses within versioned flowcharts has been improved, creating a smoother modeling and review experience.
