The latest Mavim release introduces several improvements across Mavim iMprove, Portal, and Visual Modeling. This update focuses on a more intuitive user experience, enhanced collaboration, improved AI performance, and greater reporting flexibility.
A More Consistent ConversAI Experience in iMprove
Mavim iMprove now delivers a more streamlined and consistent ConversAI experience for Portal users. The updated interface includes refreshed styling, improved chat message placement, and example prompts to help users get started faster and interact more naturally with AI-powered process knowledge.
Export Reports Directly to Excel
Reports in Mavim iMprove can now be exported directly to Excel files. This improves compatibility with Microsoft Excel and helps ensure numerical and decimal values are displayed correctly. CSV export remains available where needed.
Improved Collaboration with Enhanced Discussions
The Discussion functionality in iMprove has been extended with the ability to edit or delete your own discussion items. This gives users more flexibility and control when collaborating and maintaining discussions within process documentation.
Faster and More Reliable AI Processing
We improved the AI setup process to better support large versions and datasets. By reducing memory usage during extraction and processing, indexing becomes more stable, reliable, and efficient.
Faster Updates for Description Changes
Changes made to descriptions are now reflected faster in the iMprove Description view. Users can also force an immediate save in Word Online by using Ctrl+S, making updates visible in iMprove sooner after refreshing the page.
Improved BPMN Navigation in the Portal
BPMN Call Activities now always navigate directly to the related target topic, even when no chart is available on the target topic itself. This creates a smoother and more intuitive navigation experience within published process models.
Additional Stability and Usability Improvements
This release also includes multiple fixes and usability enhancements across Mavim Portal, Visual Modeling, and ConversAI, including:
- Improved support for data languages
- Fixes for chat auto-scrolling and quick navigation behavior
- Better handling of BPMN and ArchiMate visualizations
- Validation improvements for SharePoint certificate passwords
- Cleaner chart rendering in the Portal
