Mavim Product Update 11.3

What's new and improved?

Every Mavim release is designed to make managing, governing, and improving business processes easier. The August 2026 release, which will take place on Friday, August 7, introduces new capabilities across Mavim iMprove, Process Mining, and Portal, while also delivering numerous usability improvements and quality enhancements throughout the platform.

Here's what you can look forward to.

Mavim Process Mining

Save and revisit Process Mining insights

Analyzing process data often leads to valuable discoveries that you want to revisit or share with colleagues. With the new Snapshots feature in Mavim Process Mining, you can now capture the exact state of a report, including all applied filters and visual selections.

Snapshots are stored with the report, making it easy for every process analyst to return to the same insight, collaborate with colleagues, and continue the analysis exactly where it left off.

Benefits

  • Save important discoveries instantly
  • Share insights with other analysts
  • Return to exactly the same report configuration
  • Rename, update, or delete snapshots whenever needed

More flexibility when creating Process Mining reports

Creating new Process Mining reports has become more flexible. Developers can now choose from multiple report templates when creating a report, making it easier to take advantage of the latest reporting capabilities.

To ensure compatibility, Mavim automatically validates that the selected report template matches the dataset version before a report is created.

Benefits

  • Select the most appropriate report template
  • Access new reporting functionality more quickly
  • Prevent version mismatches between reports and datasets
Mavim iMprove

Better protection for coupled copies in iMprove

Coupled copies are now clearly identified and protected in Mavim iMprove.

Just like in Mavim Manager, coupled copies are displayed with a dedicated icon and are read-only throughout the entire branch. This prevents accidental changes while ensuring that updates remain centrally managed in Mavim Manager.

Bulk edit operations also automatically exclude coupled copies, providing an extra safeguard for process governance.

Benefits

  • Prevent unintended changes
  • Clearly distinguish coupled copies
  • Maintain centralized governance
  • Consistent behavior across Manager and iMprove

Faster approvals with an improved dashboard

Approvers can now focus immediately on the work that requires attention.

The Approver Dashboard automatically prioritizes requests awaiting approval, followed by draft requests, approved requests, and rejected requests. Because this sorting is applied before pagination, pending approvals are always displayed on the first page.

The result is a cleaner workflow and faster decision making.

Mavim Portal

A smoother navigation experience in Mavim Portal

Working with large process models becomes even more intuitive thanks to several navigation improvements in Mavim Portal.

The updated Pan & Zoom experience introduces:

  • Vertical Fit
  • Pan & Zoom as the default navigation mode for every chart format
  • Click-and-drag navigation using the left mouse button
  • Zoom controls directly within the Focus View

Together, these enhancements make navigating complex process landscapes faster and more natural.

Quality improvements across the Mavim Platform

This release also includes a wide range of quality improvements and bug fixes across Mavim Manager, Portal, iMprove, Process Mining, and Visual Modeling.

Highlights include:

  • ConversAI now returns topic information in the language used to create the index.
  • Personal language preferences are stored correctly.
  • Multi-value relationship approvals are now processed correctly.
  • Decimal fields can be cleared without errors.
  • Single-value fields now consistently support removing existing values.
  • Various improvements to Visual Modeling, BPMN, ArchiMate, hyperlinks, charts, and navigation.
These improvements further enhance platform stability, consistency, and day-to-day usability.
