Improved September 2022

In this version, the following (performance) improvements have been made:

Mavim Manager

• We have fixed findings from a recent pen test: Mavim Manager was showing server information in the user interface like database location, port number and complete login email id, this is now changed to only the database name and a part of the login name.

Mavim Portal

• We have added more visual user guidance when opening expired tasks:
  • Tasks have an expiration indicator on version and due date, this will help users to recognize expired tasks and act accordingly.
  • The motivation is shown in the task popups to allow moderators to add additional instructions for the task.
  • Users can remove/dismiss expired tasks when no input is given yet. Moderators see this in the logbook.
    
• When a moderator delegates a task to another user, an email with a system comment is sent to the assigned user.
• When an Internal Server Error occurs, the detailed message does not show html content anymore.

Visual Modelling and Visio

• As a result of optimizing data queries, among others, BPMN Collaborations can now open faster. This also includes other charts.
