Improvements Update November 2020

In this version, the following performance improvements have been made:

Portal

• When publishing to the Portal and the publication included very large files, this consumed a lot of memory. We have now optimized the memory usage when publishing to the Portal.
• The sequence of the publications can now be changed, the order can be "most recent publication on top" or "most recent publication at bottom".

• In some cases, when Publishing to the Portal, you could receive a message that blocked you from publishing. We have replaced this following message:
