Product Update November 2020

We are constantly working to improve our software. The latest service release from Mavim contains many improved functionalities and new features, including:

• When a user was logged in more than once, the function to publish to the Portal stopped with a message. This is now changed to a warning message and you can continue the publication.
• We added the option to show topic key information to all topics in the report. This is very helpful when building Power BI reports based on reports created in Mavim Manager.
• In the Mavim Portal, the sequence of the publications can now be changed, the order can be set to "most recent publication on top" or "most recent publication at bottom".
• The search function in the Portal has now been improved. The following improvements have been made:

  o Better ordering of the search results.

  o The AND operator is now the default when using multiple keywords separated by spaces.

  o The option Text is new, it searches the description text only.

  o The option Descriptions now also searches in the fields.

  o The search results are now limited to 100 results.

IMPORTANT

• After installing Mavim Manager 10.9, the Mavim Manager database must be upgraded.
• It is not necessary to upgrade the Mavim Portal database after the installation of Mavim Portal 10.9.
• The previous version of Mavim Manager can publish to this version of the Mavim Portal.
