What is new?

Mavim Manager


  • Reports created on topics containing BPMN chart, can now show BPMN shape data properties. 
     
  • Importing from SharePoint List now supports browser Authentication. 
  • When you disconnect from the session on the Mavim Cloud environment, the Mavim Manager is automatically closed after 5 minutes but only when main explorer window is shown, and no Visio corresponding Visio session is running. 

Mavim Portal



  • We have added an additional strict anonymous option for GDPR compliance. You can find this setting in the Administration page, at the Statistics Tab. Open the Settings and enable Strict anonymous setting. From that moment new recorded statistics data will be strictly anonymized. 
     
  • We have added version details to the report export via the Mavim Portal API. 
     
  • We added a search button to search in the context of the topic.

Mavim iMprove


The group page of the user management in the admin section has a new and improved layout. A new group can be created more easily. 

Mavim Process Mining

  • Updated visuals in Mavim Proces Mining reports that include the improved Case Analyzer visual. The object identifier can be adjusted to allow for multiple analysis use cases such as case analysis or variant analysis (via the data objects case_id or path_id). 
  • New design of the Conformance Check report tab in which there is higher emphasis on the conformance score of the reference model process and the actual process execution. Also, the ‘TargetProcess’ functionality is enabled on the Process Analyzer visual to show the reference process from the Mavim Portal directly inside the visual itself and can be used for process mining analysis.
