When you are changing the field type of a used field it can take some time depending on the size of the database and the number of fields. We have now improved this and added a progress bar while waiting for the function to be finished.
Mavim Portal
In the configuration screen when publishing to the Portal, we have removed the option: "Generate data for printing from website".
What would this mean: You as a user would not have the older print option dialogue in portal with multi output options. (Like below)
Instead, users would experience the improved print dialogue as below
Why are we doing this: We made this improvement to avoid the performance bottle necks while publishing.
Who will experience this: All users while trying to 'Print Topic' would experience this change.
Improved export dialogue addressing the ambiguity on export to excel and export to JSON for API.
What would this mean: When exporting tasks or webforms, selecting the 'All' option now disables the 'Form' selection dropdown and the 'Export to Excel' button indicating everything will be exported to API export (JSON). (As Below)
Why are we doing this: To improve the user experience by reducing the ambiguity on export dialogue.
Who will experience this: The users (especially Administrators) exporting the Task and Webforms data.
