It is now possible to directly import information from an Excel file into the Mavim database. This replaces the Access Import functionality. Make sure the Excel file contains a column with the name ID with unique numbers just like the Access Import.
It is now possible to set the default description settings for all users in the database at once. You can enable this feature in the Mavim Connect Center. When the feature is enabled, the new set default settings will be applied for all Mavim users using that Mavim database.
In the version definition screen, we have added the option to exclude topics from the created version. When a topic is selected for exclusion, it is excluded from the version (and from external references of that version).
Portal
You can now also connect your Business Intelligence tool (i.e., Power BI) to the Mavim Portal to extract your Report data through an API. This is specifically designed for customers who are not able to use the existing connector's authentication options. For instance, customers who use Power BI Report Server will now be able to connect to their data in the Mavim Portal and update dashboards automatically.
In the Portal Input, part of the Portal Collaboration functionality, we now also show the Topic Owner if you have set one. This allows Administrators and Moderators in the Mavim Portal to easily select the feedback that is relevant to a certain owner.
Mavim Process Mining
All visuals for process mining got an icon makeover to represent the visuals more precise.
More units for the calculation of the durations to be able to show a duration in milliseconds, microseconds and nanoseconds. This is applicable to the following visuals: Process Explorer, Lead Time Calculator, Duration Card, Case Viewer
