Fixed December 2022

In this version, we've fixed the following issues:

Mavim Manager

  • Saving a Visio shape with multi line text is now done correctly.
  • When using the Word publication and selecting the TempDisk location, an error message could be shown, or it resulted in separate downloads.
  • When using the Word publication, the matrix was not included.
  • When creating a relationship to a topic inside the Relationships Category, the relationship type was changed.
  • When a topic was copied from the relationship categories and pasted it into the relationship screen to create a relationship to that topic, the relationship type was changed.
  • When opening the Import- or Export SharePoint List, first an error message was shown.
  • When selecting a topic with a chart that contains multiple subchart relationships, the Manager became unresponsive.

Mavim iMprove

As a summary there have been many performance and stability fixes, for example around:

  • Selecting topic permissions when creating roles
  • Saving multi value date fields. Values are now saved correctly when creating multiple date input fields.
  • Editing of relationship fields
  • Editing of relation list fields
  • Users were not logged out correctly
  • Setting default values related to relationship and multi relationship fields

Mavim Process Mining

  • Fixed the Orchestrator error function ‘ConformanceCheck failed’ while parsing a reference model from the Portal to Mavim Process Mining.
  • With certain configurations the Process Explorer visual did not show the ‘Download data’ option in the menu list, this is resolved.

Visual Modelling and Visio

  • While editing a chart, it was possible to create a new chart of the same type on the same topic.
  • It was possible to launch a chart while a stencil or Visio solution was already open in Visio for editing.
  • Charts that had background pages which contained a background image were sometimes partially cropped when publishing to the Mavim Portal.
  • When publishing a Collaboration, the pool name was not displayed when a collapse and expand operation was previously executed on the chart.
  • The spin button control used for configuring the number of levels in a Hierarchical chart did not function correctly. It could only be configured by entering the number of levels manually.
  • For ArchiMate charts, links that were seemingly accidentally moved within Mavim Manager are now matched when opening in Visio with an equivalent construction that exists in Mavim Manager. These changed links are shown with a magenta color and the drawing is set to be saved in Visio.
