It is now possible to import an Excel file with hierarchical information. This is possible by using a column name called Parent ID. Use the new column Parent ID, to determine the hierarchical information for the import function:

Word publication
When publishing a topic without a name, it is converted to a name with four spaces so ordering and numbering is handled correct.
Portal
We introduce a dedicated Help button for your Portal end users.
When adopting new users to the Portal you now have a dedicated place, where you can prepare instructions on how to use your Mavim Portal, how to navigate through the content you have prepared for them, and any other specifics you'd like to give to them without having to interfere with the actual content, for instance the homepage.

You can prepare a topic in the Mavim Manager that acts as the instruction page, publish it, create an external link to the Help topic and, in the Portal Admin settings, elect it as the Help page.
Tip: By using custom Tabs you can expand on your instructions with videos, or other media to bring your instructions to life.
By default, the button will be visible for your end users after this release. When a user clicks on it before you have had the chance to set it up the following message will be shown:
In case you do not want to use this new function for your end users, you have the option to hide the button, by adding it to Portal Administration > General > Hidden buttons.
After you have set up the dedicated Help page, you can also lead new users directly to the dedicated Help page with the following direct URL: https://yourportalname.mavimcloud.com/portal/help
Visual Modelling and Visio
Simulation is available now for EPC charts. By using AND or OR EPC connectors, process discovery and simulation is applicable to parallel processes. The feature is accessible via the “Simulation” page context menu, similarly with Flowcharts and Cross-functional flowcharts.
ArchiMate models can now be created on any Topic, the only restriction kept is that no other ArchiMate model is present lower or upper in the Topic hierarchy
Mavim iMprove
Tooltip information is provided on mouse hover for the buttons on top of the topic screen.
The option to create a new relationship is always provided (even if there are no existing relations yet). The blue + button is always visible now if you have edit rights for topics.
