Improved Updates April 2021

  • We have added an option to read Portal data with Microsoft PowerBI using discovery authentication (instead of Azure AD for example) so that customers can create dashboards based on Mavim report data in Microsoft PowerBI.

  • The Word Theme settings now includes a setting to keep the hyperlink markup in the description even when adding hyperlinks to appendices are disabled. You can find this setting in the Word Theme settings Print Tab in the Appendices section, where the option is called: "Keep Hyperlinks in Descriptions". As you can see in the picture below.

  • Customer making use of the Mavim Cloud can change the Database name in the Mavim Connect Center. This Database name change will be applied in the Mavim Managers Database Manager and selection screen after restarting the Mavim Manager.
  • Mavim Portal has now been optimized to run inside Windows Container images hosted in Azure Kubernetes Cluster.
