Feedback on feedback will now also be available on topics. This allows users to create a discussion (thread) so that users can better track status or clarify their needs and be able to respond to initial feedback.
The Portal now has a new option to show labels to all users. Labels are used to provide additional information on feedback by the moderator. Like a status or level of importance. This labels where only visible in the input overview and can now also be display on topic level where the initial feedback has been made. This allows users to better understand status and eventual follow up. This setting can be found in in the General Tab on the Portal Administration page called "Labels visible to all users".
For the Contributor role, the Portal now includes the option to show webform input of other Contributors. In this way customers can have a choice to share or hide peer input based on their needs. You can find this option called: "Contributors see webform input" in the General Tab on the Portal Administration page.
The Portal now includes options to Hide the logo bar and to Hide the topic sub header in order to have more space to display the content.
