IMPORTANT
After installing Mavim Manager 10.13, the Mavim Manager database must be upgraded.
It is not necessary to upgrade the Mavim Portal database after the installation of Mavim Portal 10.13.
The previous version of Mavim Manager can publish to this version of the Mavim Portal.
