Highlights Update March 2020

COMPLETE NEW USER EXPERIENCE FOR SCREEN NAVIGATION

We've added a new way to navigate through diagrams in the same way you would navigate through Google Maps. Now it is possible to zoom in and out with your mouse and drag the diagram by making use of the drag and drop functionality.

You can now sort relationships by clicking on the column header.

It is now possible to change the order of columns on the relationship screen. The visibility of certain columns can also be switched off.

MAVIM PROCESS MINING

Mavim Process Mining results can be imported as Process designs in Mavim. This allows you to get started immediately to further improve your process and to continuously measure and monitor your organization’s processes in near real time.

FLOWS 2.0

In this version, a new feature has been added to Flows that allows you to create tasks and actions based on an (expiration) date. For example, now it is possible to use an expiration date on a trial as a trigger to alert the process owner or to request a review / approval. For GRC this can be used to start self-assessments on the chosen risk control framework.

MODERN LOOK & FEEL

We have given the Mavim Manager a modern look and feel to kick off the New Year and are now seamlessly aligned with the most recent Office 2019 theme. The theme can be changed to Colorful, Dark Gray, Black and White.

ARCHIMATE 3.1

ArchiMate 3.1 is supported in this version. Existing 2.1 views can be converted to 3.1 and it is also possible to use 2.1 and 3.1 separately. The strategy layer and physical layer have been added in 3.1 (see the ArchiMate 3.1 specifications: https://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/archimate30-doc/)

Webforms

The web forms in the portal now have a mobile-friendly button so that web forms can be filled in on a mobile device or tablet.

TOPdesk

The TOPdesk Asset Management (CMDB) import and update function has been expanded with a URL to the asset in TOPdesk. This allows users from the Manager and from the Portal to navigate directly to the TOPdesk asset to view all linked detailed information in TOPdesk.

BPMN 2.0 COLLABORATION & ORCHESTRATION

Now you can structure input from end users by adding labels. When input is submitted, you can name it, provide it with a certain color and then assign it. Additionally, you can export all input in one go (on all versions and all forms) to Excel (.html format) for archiving purposes.
