Dynamics 365 Customer Service Community, is based in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This new app that offers a suite of capabilities that are designed to help invite customer suggestions and crowd source portfolios of outside-in ideas. Community can help fuel our efforts to evolve our product, build customer trust with process transparency, and drive timely follow-up for suggestions. In addition to providing feedback or submitting new wishes / ideas, end users & customers can use Community to collaborate on a social scale, and rally behind suggestions from others to help shape the future of the Mavim products they use
What is changing: With this new solution, the platform underlying changes and enables us to keep the data safe with brilliant data security provided by Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The user experience would be more intuitive and simpler as well.
What is not changing: The process of capturing and realizing the user wishes / ideas will not change. At Mavim we always will have customers on top priority and that would mean is we are as keen to learn from you as ever!
What happens to the existing wishes: Do not worry! We are migrating all the existing open wishes from User voice to D365 CS community. So, all the data will be secure, and we will just continue the conversation in the new platform.
Mavim is partnering with a third-party application called User Voice to help us better manage customer product wishes. We regularly review your ideas to consider in the design and development of future product updates. To make sure your voice is heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can't guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions.
